Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks an Architectural Project Superintendent for a nationwide traveling role. You will supervise subcontractors, coordinate trades, and ensure progress per the Master Schedule, with emphasis on safety, QA/QC, and documentation on multiple sites across the US.

You will mentor teams, manage plans and specs, and coordinate with PMs to deliver projects. Expect travel, per diem, a vehicle allowance, and relocation support where eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years' work experience as a construction Superintendent; in lieu of degree, 10+ years of work experience
• Must have project scheduling, planning, organization and document control
• OSHA Certification and knowledge of safety standards
• Experience with scheduling programs and document control software

Responsibilities

• Permit document administration and control
• Review and understand subcontractor scope of work
• Coordinate safety meetings and project safety
• Control project access and traffic
• Maintain tool/equipment inventory and rental
• Schedule and track project testing and certificates
• Coordinate daily progress with PM/PCM/PFE
• Prepare 3-week look-ahead schedule and update master schedule
• Complete Daily Log Reports (Procore)
• Maintain As-Built drawings for submittals
• Coordinate inspections and close-out documentation
• Quality control of materials and equipment
• Site layout and benchmarks
