Job summary

Lemartec seeks an experienced Architectural Project Superintendent to lead subcontractors and labor crews, ensuring quality and progress per the Master Schedule. The role emphasizes travel across the United States, with 6-8 months per project, per diem, and potential vehicle allowance.

Responsibilities include safety coordination, reviewing scopes, maintaining schedules, daily logs, QA/QC, and close-out documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years' work experience as a construction Superintendent; or 10+ years without a degree.
• Strong scheduling, planning and document-control abilities; proficient in coordinating with subcontractors and inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety meetings and oversee project safety.
• Review subcontractor scopes of work and manage daily progress with PM/PCM/PFE.
• Maintain master schedule, 3-week look-ahead, and daily logs (Procore).
• Ensure quality control of installed materials and site layout.
