Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks an Architectural Project Superintendent to efficiently schedule, manage, and coordinate subcontractors and labor crews across multiple projects in the United States. The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to plans and safety standards, and strong communication with PMs and field teams.

The position is traveling up to 100% of the time, with 6–8 month project assignments, potential per diem, vehicle allowance, and occasional relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' work experience as a construction Superintendent; in lieu of degree, 10+ years experience.
• Must have project scheduling, planning, organization and document control.
• OSHA Certification and safety knowledge.
• Experience with MS Office and Scheduling Programs (MS Project/Primavera)

Responsibilities

• Permit document administration and control
• Review subcontractor scope of work
• Coordinate safety meetings and project safety
• Manage project access and traffic
• Oversee tool/equipment inventory and rentals
• Coordinate testing and certificate records
• Daily progress updates with PM/PCM/PFE
• Update master schedule with PCM
• Prepare Daily Log Reports (Procore)
• Maintain As Built drawings for submittal
• Schedule inspections and close-out documents
• Quality control of materials and equipment
• Site layout and benchmarks control
