Job summary

Lemartec, part of MasTec, is seeking an Architectural Project Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple US projects. The role focuses on scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and progress per the Master Schedule.

A proven track record in supervision and a thorough understanding of plans, specs, codes, and project documentation is essential. This is a traveling position, up to 100% of the time, with 6-8 month project rotations, per diem, potential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a construction Superintendent; in lieu of degree, 10+ years.
• Strong scheduling, planning, and document control abilities.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Office and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Permit document administration and control.
• Review subcontractor scope of work and coordinate safety meetings.
• Maintain master schedule and look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate testing, inspections and QA/QC documentation.
• Ensure project progress and reporting with PM/PCM/PFE.
