Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers migrate to our software and to deliver training and ongoing support. This role involves about 80% travel to dealer locations to customize the system and train staff, with remaining time supporting existing customers from a home office.

Training lasts 2–3 months with classroom and on‑the‑job instruction, emphasizing presentation and communication skills to meet dealership needs and ensure a smooth conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with limited moving violations.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to dealership locations (~80%) to install and convert software and train staff.
• Customize the system based on dealership requirements and train key personnel.
• Provide ongoing support to customers from home office when not on site.
