Qualifications

• Active BLS certification required.
• One supervisory reference from the past two years.
• License required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Hospital OR setting in a teaching hospital with multiple specialties.
• Day shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (40 hours/week).
• No on-call, though holiday coverage may be required.
• May float to additional facilities (Crane and Endoscopy) approx. 21 miles away.
• Work in Endoscopy a few times per week in addition to OR duties.
• Residence requirement: must live more than 50 miles from the facility.
• Must have a personal vehicle; permanent address in candidate profile.

• Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment required
• License required if applicable

Responsibilities

• Hospital operating room setting within a teaching hospital offering a full continuum of surgical specialties
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week guaranteed)
• No on-call requirements, though holiday coverage may be required if needed
• Must be willing to float to additional facility locations (Crane and Endoscopy) approximately 21 miles away, as needed
• Will work in Endoscopy a few times per week in addition to OR duties
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered
• Must have personal vehicle, as the surrounding community lacks public transportation
• Permanent address must be included in candidate profile
• All scheduling and RTO requests must be submitted at the time of application, as post-offer requests are not accepted
• No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted, and fewer days are preferred
• Shift accommodation requests, including block scheduling or 10/12-hour shifts, will not be considered
• Staff may not take all holidays off and must work two required holiday blocks, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's periods
• No compact license accepted for this position
