MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel assignment in Middletown, Ohio. This position requires a valid RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, BLS, and at least 18 months of recent Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN License is required.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS Certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and signs/symptoms; use nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data; document nursing diagnoses and outcomes.
• Document the plan of care with nursing diagnoses and interventions; communicate plan of care.
• Initiate and evaluate patient/family education.
• Revise the plan of care as needed based on evaluation and changes in patient condition.
