MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel assignment in Columbus, Ohio. This role requires an active RN license, BLS certification, and 18 months of Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required.
• 18 months of recent Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs using nursing process to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Collect, analyze and document health data and nursing diagnoses.
• Document the plan of care with outcomes and interventions.
• Initiate and evaluate patient and/or family education.
• Revise and document the plan of care based on evaluation and changes in medical plan.
