Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a PCU/Step-down RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Cincinnati, OH. The role requires 18 months of acute care PCU/step-down experience, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. 36 hours per week, night shifts, with travel-friendly benefits and housing options.

This facility-based position includes weekly pay, credentialing fee coverage, and comprehensive health coverage for you and your family, plus a 401(k) plan and per diem/housing support as eligible.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS & ACLS certifications required.
• Eighteen months of recent Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience required.
• Other requirements to be determined by client facility.

Responsibilities

• Progressive Care Nurses monitor patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessment.
• Monitor cardiac and other vital signs and intervene as needed.
• Titrate medications based on vital signs and physician orders.
