Job summary

Qualifications

Role Overview:

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations. They develop personalized, evidence-based therapy plans, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatments accordingly.

• Utilize assessments and clinical observations to identify speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing issues.


• Design and implement individualized therapy programs aligned with patient goals.


• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies, exercises, and safety practices.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.


• Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.


• Maintain detailed documentation and participate in quality assurance and professional development activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology and current BLS certification.


• Preferred: Master’s or higher degree, CCC-SLP certification, and relevant experience (new grads welcome).
