Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations.

The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, using standardized assessments, monitoring progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure and current BLS certification.
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Critical thinking, excellent interpersonal, communication, and technical skills.
• Physical ability to move, lift, and assist patients and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and patient goals.

• Monitor patient progress, adjust therapy strategies, and maintain documentation.

• Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Engage in professional development and quality assurance activities.
• Perform additional duties within scope of practice as needed.
