Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Pre-Op/PACU RN for a 9-week assignment in New Hampshire requiring critical care experience and PALS certification.

You will join an experienced team known for high-quality patient care, work a 40-hour week with rotating call from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and receive travel housing allowances plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (NH or Compact)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Critical care experience required

Responsibilities

• Preop/PACU unit with 10 beds
• Patient ratios of 1:1 in Phase I and 2-4:1 in Phase II
• Unit staffed with 2 techs
• Documentation via Meditech Expanse
• Care provided to any patient receiving general anesthesia, including OR, cath lab, EP lab, Endo, IR, and Labor and Delivery cases
• Schedule is 40 hours per week plus call, rotating between Preop and PACU
• No floating required
• 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift schedule
• Join an experienced team known for a positive attitude and collaborative, high-quality patient care
• Scrubs required
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted
