Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel RN to work in the PCU (Progressive Care Unit) in Wheeling, WV for a 13-week assignment. Start ASAP, 36 hours per week on 12-hour nights. Travel role with comprehensive benefits and a supportive clinical team.

This Stepdown RN position requires 1 year of Stepdown experience, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. PCCN/NIHSS are preferred. You will monitor telemetry, administer treatments, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to

Qualifications

• One year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
• Current RN license in WV or eligible to practice.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry, vitals, and cardiac rhythms and respond to abnormalities.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments with focus on cardiac care.
• Assist with procedures and collaborate with the care team.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education.
• Document assessments and nursing history; update care plans.
