Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU for a 13-week assignment in Morgantown, West Virginia. The role focuses on stepdown telemetry care, with 36 hours per week across 12-hour day shifts, starting ASAP.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in WV, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least 1 year of Stepdown/telemetry experience. Travel benefits and competitive pay are offered by Fusion Medical Staffing.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN (or similar telemetry/PCU role).
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations (WV).
• BLS Certification (AHA/ARC) and ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC) required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data.
• Administer medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Assist with cardiac-related procedures and examinations.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort for telemetry patients.
• Record patient data and notify physicians of changes in status.
• Provide education on cardiac health and risk factors.
