Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN to join a fast-paced surgical suite in North Carolina. This role requires 2+ years of OR circulating experience and an active RN license (NC or Compact). BLS and ACLS are required, ADN is the minimum education.

You will work in a 154-bed hospital with 6 OR suites and 1 CSOR, day shift 6:45A-4:45P, with 1:1 patient ratios. Travel pay eligibility, scrubs provided, housing and licensure reimbursements offered.

Qualifications

• OR circulating experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Operating Room department of a 154-bed hospital with 6 OR suites and 1 CSOR.
• 1:1 patient ratios.
• Day shift schedule (6:45A-4:45P).
• Weekend hours are variable with on-call requirements.
• Call requirements include 2nd call one weekend a month and 1st/2nd call 2 times per pay period.
• No floating required.
• Uses Paragon EHR.
• Surgical case types include Ortho, GYN, General Surgery, Urology, Plastics, Spine, Podiatry, ENT, and Ophthalmology.

• Work in the Operating Room department of a 154-bed hospital with 6 OR suites and 1 CSOR
• 1:1 patient ratios
• Day shift schedule (6:45A-4:45P)
• Weekend hours are variable with on-call requirements
• Call requirements include 2nd call one weekend a month and 1st/2nd call 2 times per pay period

• Utilizes multiple standard OR equipment pieces
• Surgical case types include Ortho, GYN, General Surgery, Urology, Plastics, Spine, Podiatry, ENT, and Ophthalmology
• Facility is Joint Commission Accredited and includes a Chest Pain Center
• Hospital offers services in orthopedics, spine, cardiology, general surgery, women's care, ED, and behavioral health, plus 11 multi-specialty physician clinics
• Scrubs are hospital-issued
• Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to be eligible for travel pay
• Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time
