American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel assignment in a 495-bed hospital. The role requires 2+ years of OR experience and Epic proficiency, with an active RN license (VA or Compact) and BLS/ACLS from AHA.

You will perform circulating and scrub duties across surgical specialties, work 4x10s (6:45 AM–5:15 PM), and participate in on-call shifts. Travel rate applies to non-local candidates outside a 65-mile radius; local candidates are not eligible.

Qualifications

Active RN license (VA State or Compact).
BLS and ACLS certification from AHA only.
Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start.
2+ years of recent OR experience required.
Epic EMR experience required.
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.
US SSN required for consideration.

Responsibilities

Surgical Services department in a 495-bed hospital.
Perform circulating and scrub duties across a wide range of surgical specialties.
4x10 day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM.
36 weekly guaranteed hours.
On-call requirement of 6-8 calls per month, which may include weekends.
No floating required.
Uses Epic EMR.
