Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare seeks a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for Long-Term Care on a Day Shift in a travel contract. You will deliver skilled nursing care in a LTC setting, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN or BSN and an active Iowa RN license (or a valid Compact/NLC state license). This travel role offers a competitive weekly pay and supportive clinical leadership on the road.

Qualifications

RN with LTC/SNF experience preferred.
ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
Active Iowa RN license or Compact/NLC state license.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor residents for health status changes.
Administer medications and manage IV therapy per physician orders.
Perform wound care and skin integrity assessments; prevent pressure ulcers.
Document care, treatments, and resident responses in the EHR.
