Responsibilities

• Acute Obstetrics unit within a hospital setting.
• Night shift, 1900-0730, 36-48 hours per week.
• Take over recovery during cesarean section when needed.
• Requires EPIC EMR experience.
• Delivers nursing care per established standards and the nursing process.
• Supervises staff and coordinates care across disciplines.
• Collects data to determine diagnosis and care plans.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and providers to ensure safe care.
• Participates in discharge planning for continuity of care.
• Provides patient and family education throughout the care process.
• Accepts local candidates at same rate as travel candidates.
• RTO >5 days may be declined; prior license hits not considered.

• Minimum 2 years of specialty experience required within the last 3 months
• Documented explanation required for any employment breaks of 1 month or longer

Responsibilities

• Acute Obstetrics unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift, 1900-0730, 36-48 hours per week
• Must be able to take over a recovery in Labor and Delivery and catch a baby during a cesarean section
• Requires EPIC EMR experience
• Delivers coordinated nursing care according to established standards and the nursing process
• Supervises and directs activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinates care across disciplines
• Collects and analyzes patient assessment data to determine diagnosis and care plans
• Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver safe and compassionate care
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
• Provides patient and family education throughout the care process
• Accepts local candidates at the same rate as travel candidates with no radius restriction
• Candidates with more than 5 days of requested RTO will be automatically declined
• Candidates with a prior hit on license will not be considered
