American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN with a California license for a 13-week night shift assignment. Recent L&D experience and NRP certification are required to qualify for this travel position.

The role involves 13 weeks of night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts, and 36 hours per week in a hospital L&D unit with Epic EMR usage. Local candidates are considered at the same rate as travel candidates.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license required.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of recent FTE experience within the last 3 years.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of recent L&D experience within the last 2 years preferred.
• 1 year of high-risk L&D experience within the last 2 years preferred.
• High-risk OB experience preferred.
• Licenses and certifications must be active, not pending, at time of consideration.

Responsibilities

• Labor & Delivery unit within a hospital setting.
• 13-week assignment.
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts.
• 36 hours per week.
• Uses Epic EMR.
