American Traveler is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a night shift LDRP assignment in Oregon. Requires active RN license (Compact needed at submission), current BLS, NRP, Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications, and a minimum of 1 year LDRP experience (2 years preferred).

Epic charting experience is required, and candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to provide SSN and DOB for compliance.

Responsabilidades

• LDRP unit within a Critical Access/Level III Trauma Center teaching hospital
• Night shift schedule: 3x12 hours, 19:00–07:00
• Every other weekend
• No on-call requirements
• Patient ratios follow AWHONN Standards: 1:3 postpartum, 1:1 labor
• Floating to other units and sister facilities as needed
• Epic EMR used for charting
• Provide comprehensive labor, delivery, and postpartum nursing care with fetal monitoring
• First-time travelers welcome
• Scrubs provided for Maternal Child unit
• Must commit to 3 of 5 major holidays
• Local candidates within 50-mile radius may have lower bill rate
• Former permanent staff must wait 3 months before returning as traveler and reside outside 50-mile radius
• Candidates should not contact facility staff directly except for scheduled interviews
• No parking fees

American Traveler is hiring a Labor and Delivery RN for a night shift LDRP position requiring NRP and fetal monitoring certification with at least 1 year of LDRP experience.

Requirements

• Active RN license (Compact must be in hand at submission)
• Current BLS, NRP, and Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certifications required
• Minimum 1 year LDRP experience required, 2 years preferred
• Epic charting experience required
• Skills required in pain management, epidural anesthesia, magnesium sulfate therapy, pitocin administration, antepartum care, NST, EFM, sterile vaginal exams, and obstetrical triage
• Must have a vehicle for this assignment
• Must provide full SSN and DOB for compliance
• Two supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years required

Responsibilities

• Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 19:00-7:00), primarily dayshifts but may need to cover nights
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements

• Epic EMR used for charting
• Provide comprehensive labor, delivery, and postpartum nursing care including fetal monitoring and recognition of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Scrubs provided for Maternal Child unit; any color accepted
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Local candidates accepted at a lower bill rate within a 50-mile radius
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
• Candidates should not contact facility staff directly except for scheduled interviews
