Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN with scrub skills and PCI center background for a day-shift assignment in Texas. Requires TX or compact RN license, ACLS/BLS, and 2+ years in Cath Lab, with scrub experience and preference for RCIS.

The role operates in a 24/7 PCI center, with 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and offers housing and travel reimbursements for first-time travelers.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (TX or compact) currently in hand.
• Current certifications: ACLS and BLS required.
• CCI RCIS certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience required.
• Community hospital experience required.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
• Scrub experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cath Lab unit supporting cardiac, vascular, and IR procedures.
• Regional PCI Center with 24/7 call requirements.
• No CT surgery or structural heart procedures performed.
• EP procedures limited to devices only (no ablation).
• Day shift schedule, 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Required to scrub procedures.
• Support cardiac, vascular, and interventional radiology procedures including PCI, cardiac catheterizations, and sheath removal.
• Perform circulate and scrub duties for cath lab and EP procedures.
• Facility conducts its own onsite drug screening including marijuana testing upon arrival.
• Must work 3 of the 5 winter holidays.
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius for local candidate eligibility; local candidates not accepted.
• Facility housing available.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
