We are seeking detail-oriented, research-minded individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Research Specialists. In this role, you will research destinations, curate personalized trip itineraries, and coordinate seamless travel logistics for our clients.

If you love exploring destination options, analyzing travel trends, and organizing trip details, this position offers the opportunity to apply your analytical skills in a dynamic, fully remote environment with flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Destination & Vendor Research: Conduct detailed research on global destinations, resorts, cruise lines, excursions, and travel logistics to support client inquiries.

• Itinerary Development: Assist in designing customized travel itineraries tailored to specific client preferences, budgets, and interests.

• Booking & Logistics Support: Coordinate reservation details, verify pricing and availability, and assist with booking entries using supplier platforms and internal management tools.

• Client & Supplier Communications: Draft professional communication materials, confirm booking details with vendor partners, and help prepare post-booking client documentation.

• Information & Data Management: Maintain accurate client files, track booking schedules, and organize destination research for easy reference.

• Industry Monitoring: Stay up to date on new supplier offerings, travel advisories, promotional packages, and destination trends.

Qualifications

• Strong research, organizational, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency using web search engines, online platforms, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.

• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize task deadlines.

• Background in customer service, research, administrative support, or hospitality is helpful, but no prior travel industry experience is required.

• A passion for travel, geography, and helping create smooth, high-quality travel experiences.
