Zohorecruit is seeking highly motivated Remote Itinerary Coordinators to join our team from home. In this role, you’ll help clients plan customized travel experiences including cruises, all-inclusive vacations, family trips, romantic getaways, and group travel.

You will research and coordinate itineraries, book flights and hotels, provide stellar service before, during, and after travel, and communicate with clients via email, phone and social media.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• No experience required; full training and certification provided.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers, online systems, and social media.

Responsabilidades

• Research, plan, and coordinate personalized travel itineraries based on client needs and preferences.
• Book flights, hotels, cruises, excursions, transportation, and travel insurance.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
• Stay up to date on travel trends, vendor promotions, and destination knowledge.
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and social media.
• Build and maintain client relationships and manage travel bookings through our preferred travel suppliers.
