Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government client’s construction management system implementation, both virtually and in person.

You will train personnel, project managers, engineers, construction staff, leadership, and external contractors to ensure they gain the knowledge and skills needed to successfully adopt the new system across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience delivering software or enterprise system training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and in-person settings.
• Follow approved lesson plans and instructional guidelines.
• Respond to participant questions and provide guidance during training.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate course schedules and logistics with Training/Program Managers.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Gather participant feedback and training effectiveness data.
• Recommend improvements to training delivery methods and materials.
• Represent the training team professionally with Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Communicate with personnel at all organizational levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployments.
