Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a federal construction management system replacement. You will conduct virtual and in-person sessions for personnel, project managers and external contractors, ensuring knowledge transfer and successful adoption across multiple locations.

The role requires strong classroom facilitation, experience in software and business process training, and the ability to support large-scale organizational change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and within a geographically dispersed training team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Conduct training in accordance with lesson plans, materials, and guidelines.
• Respond to participant questions and provide guidance during training activities.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement throughout training sessions.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Support collection of student feedback and training effectiveness measures.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training delivery methods and materials.
• Represent the training team professionally with Government personnel and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
