Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training in support of a Federal Government client’s construction management system implementation. You will conduct virtual and in-person training for personnel, project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure mastery of the new system.

The role requires strong facilitation, experience with software training, and the ability to support large-scale change across multiple locations; travel up to 100% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. 3 years of related experience; travel may be required.
• Experience delivering software or enterprise system training is preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional best practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Respond to participant questions and provide functional guidance during training.
• Maintain classroom management and engage students throughout sessions.
• Coordinate with Training Managers on course schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
