Job summary

Summit Fire Protection is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Manager to oversee the sprinkler department's operations, profitability, and growth. You will manage field operations, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency while coordinating with management and customers.

The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to travel up to 90% for on-site project oversight and collaboration with AHJs and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent required.
• 3 years fire life safety industry experience in fire suppression required.
• 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 90%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fire sprinkler dept, inspections, services, and installs.
• Manage department P&L, revenue, gross margin and overhead.
• Communicate financial progress and growth strategies with management.
• Ensure safety, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Coordinate with AHJ, owners, engineers on project milestones.
• Lead staffing, training, and scheduling for technicians.
