Job summary

Summit Fire & Security is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Foreman to install sprinkler heads, valves, and steel/CPVC piping per blueprints in new and renovated structures. You will read construction docs, coordinate with GC and crews, and ensure on-time, on-budget project completion while training apprentices and maintaining safety standards.

The role requires NICET preferred, HS diploma or equivalent, and 5–10 years’ experience in fire sprinkler installation. Travel to job sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience installing fire sprinkler systems or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and team-training abilities.
• Excellent communication with customers and crew on site.

Responsibilities

• Install sprinkler heads, valves and piping per design drawings.
• Read blueprints and ensure field construction matches design.
• Coordinate schedules with GC and other contractors.
• Train Sprinkler Fitters and Apprentices on job duties.
• Maintain safety, quality and on-time project completion.
