Job summary

SSI Fire & Safety Holdings, LLC is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, field execution, scheduling, and profitability for the fire sprinkler division.

You will manage installations, service, inspections, underground work, fabrication coordination, subcontractors, and field leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with NFPA standards.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years fire sprinkler industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of wet, dry, pre-action, deluge systems.
• Underground fire mains and NFPA standards knowledge.
• Experience reading blueprints and sprinkler plans.
• Proven leadership of field personnel.
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day fire sprinkler operations and field execution.
• Coordinate manpower allocation and workforce planning.
• Develop and manage project schedules with Superintendents/PMs.
• Monitor labor productivity and job cost performance.
• Ensure material procurement and equipment availability.
• Manage fleet, tools and operational assets.
• Improve workflow efficiency and operational systems.
• Lead field personnel and conduct site visits.
