Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of service-related field experience is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• Ability to motivate field teams to meet and exceed project schedules.
• Proficient in English reading/writing and speaking.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service field personnel to build a first-class service team; review annually.
• Collaborate with Service and Branch Manager to achieve budget success.
• Review time sheets for payroll deadlines and accuracy.
• Determine pricing for repairs, inspections, services, and full-day projects.
• Ensure 24/7/365 response to service calls and emergencies.
