Job summary

SSI Fire & Safety Holdings, LLC. is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Operations Manager to lead daily operations across installation, service, inspections, and underground projects.

You will coordinate field leadership, manage subcontractors, and drive safety, quality, and on-time performance while meeting budget targets. The ideal candidate will possess 5–10+ years in the fire sprinkler industry, strong knowledge of NFPA standards, and proven leadership in scheduling and cost control.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of fire sprinkler industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems; underground fire mains; NFPA standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and sprinkler plans; skilled in labor tracking and job costing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day fire sprinkler operations including new construction, tenant improvements, service work, inspections, testing, and underground operations.
• Coordinate manpower allocation and workforce planning; develop and manage project schedules with Superintendents and Project Managers.
• Monitor labor productivity and job cost; ensure material procurement and equipment availability; manage fleet and tools.
