Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States, ensuring on-time completion and budget adherence.

You will supervise hourly associates, address escalations, and work with store leadership to maintain project momentum, while frequently traveling to project sites. This role offers a path within Walmart’s internal career growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Master's degree in Business or related field is preferred; 1 year experience leading cross-functional teams and Project Management certification are a plus.

Mansioni

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
