Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States. You’ll own project execution, supervise hourly team members, and partner with store leadership to keep initiatives on track.

Willingness to travel across the US is required. You’ll drive collaboration, develop associates, and ensure projects meet budget, timelines, and quality standards while advancing Walmart’s real estate portfolio and culture of internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area
• OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area
• Master’s degree in Business or related field

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores including remodels and new builds.
• Supervise hourly team members and escalate issues to store leadership as needed.
• Collaborate with store leadership to minimize impact on store operations and communicate plans and changes to stakeholders.
