Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the United States. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on-time, on-budget results and high quality.

You will partner with store leads to supervise hourly staff and coordinate with leadership to resolve escalations. You’ll travel to project sites across the US, advancing career growth within Walmart’s culture of internal promotion and varied

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of experience in PM/space management/store design/operations/data analysis or 3 years in those areas.
• Willingness to travel up to 1000 miles from home and be away 80% of the time, with overnight stays as needed.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business and leadership experience in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
