Job summary

Supportive Steps Services is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA services in home and community settings. The role supports individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on daily living, employment readiness, and independence.

Shifts vary by client schedules and may include day, evening, or weekend hours. Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish), with strong communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, ABA or related field.
• RBT certification preferred; willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Willing to travel up to 50 miles from home or assigned location.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one adaptive skills support and behavior intervention.
• Collaborate with treatment team and caregivers to implement goals.
• Teach and model behavioral and daily living skills for independence.
• Assist with transportation and community participation activities.
• Document sessions and communicate progress to clinical team.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct; travel as needed.
