Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Sarasota, FL, is seeking a Patient-Centered Technician to administer TMS and esketamine therapies, monitor patient responses, and maintain compassionate patient care. You will ensure accurate EHRs, schedule and assist with billing, and support clinic operations.

The role requires travel to surrounding center locations with reliable transportation. We value proactive, patient-centered professionals who communicate effectively and collaborate with physicians

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; clinical certification preferred.
• Significant experience in fast-paced patient or customer care roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide TMS and esketamine treatments according to clinical guidelines and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain accurate EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/out, and handle billing procedures.
• Support operations including insurance and billing processes as needed.
• Travel to all centers in the region; reliable personal transportation required.
