Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a Patient-Centered Technician to administer TMS and esketamine treatments at our Palm Beach Gardens center. You will monitor patient responses, record psychiatric scales, and address discomfort while maintaining accurate EHR and handling scheduling and billing tasks.

The role requires travel to all regional centers with reliable transportation. A High School Diploma or equivalent plus healthcare care experience is required; a Bachelor's in Psychology

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent, plus relevant patient/customer care experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work or related field; and ~1 year healthcare work/internship.

Responsibilities

• Provide TMS and esketamine treatments per guidelines; monitor patient responses; record psychiatric scales; address patient discomfort.
• Maintain empathetic care; keep accurate EHR; manage scheduling, check-in/out, and billing procedures.
• Support insurance and billing processes as needed.
• Travel to all centers within the region; reliable transportation required.
