Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification with relevant patient care experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology or related Human Services field with healthcare internship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems (AdvancedMD, Salesforce preferred); strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, monitor responses, record psychiatric rating scales, and address patient discomfort.
• Ensure patient wellbeing and accurate record-keeping: deliver empathetic care, maintain EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/out, and financial procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
• Location coverage: primarily Bradenton center with travel to other centers; reliable transportation required.
