Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a Patient-Centered Technician in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. You will administer TMS and esketamine treatments, monitor responses, and document outcomes for patients in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

Requires High School Diploma or higher with relevant work experience in fast-paced patient/care settings.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field; healthcare internship experience.
Proficiency with EHR systems (AdvancedMD, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine treatments and monitor patient responses.
Maintain accurate records: manage EHR, scheduling, check-in/out, and billing procedures.
Support operational efficiency: assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
Travel to all centers in the region; Palm Beach Gardens center primary location with short-notice travel required.
