Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Sarasota, FL, is hiring a Patient-Centered Technician. You will administer TMS and esketamine, monitor patient responses, and maintain detailed records. The role requires traveling to multiple centers in the region and reliable transportation is a must.

The position includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for specialized training, with compensation starting at $22–$24 per hour based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, an Associate’s Degree, or equivalent clinical certification with relevant patient care experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s in Psychology, Social Work or related Human Services field; healthcare internship experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care and administer TMS and esketamine treatments per clinical guidelines.
• Maintain accurate EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/out, and billing procedures.
• Assist with insurance and billing processes and coordinate patient care across centers; travel to all centers as needed.
