Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Sarasota, FL, is hiring a Patient-Centered Technician to provide direct care for patients undergoing TMS and esketamine therapy. The role requires reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple centers across the region.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus relevant healthcare or fast-paced patient care experience. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's in Psychology or related field and have a valid BLS

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel to all centers throughout the region with reliable transportation required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine treatments per guidelines, monitor responses, record scales, and address discomfort.
• Maintain accurate EHR and manage scheduling, check-in/out, and related financial procedures.
• Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed to support operations.
• Travel to Bradenton and other centers as required to provide coverage.
