Job summary

Via is seeking a Partner Success Associate to work with school districts, transportation directors, and operators across the U.S. You will build trusted relationships, analyze performance data, and drive renewals and expansions to fuel growth in the Student Transit vertical.

You’ll collaborate with product, operations, deployment, and marketing teams to advocate for partner needs and deliver clear updates to diverse stakeholders, while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles such as sales, customer success, account management, consulting, or B2G/education tech.
• Willingness to travel around 50% of the time.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in transit, education, or public sector sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partner relationships with school district leadership, transportation directors, and operators.
• Analyze transit performance data to identify challenges and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead renewals and expansions to grow year-over-year adoption and revenue.
• Collaborate with product, operations, deployment, and marketing teams to advocate for partner needs.
• Deliver presentations and updates to audiences from school boards to frontline staff.
• Help establish playbooks and scalable processes for the Student Transit vertical.
