Job summary

Via is transforming transportation as the face of the Via Student Transit team for school districts and local government partners. You will build trusted relationships, analyze performance data, and drive service expansions and renewals with a partner-first mindset.

The role emphasizes clear, empathetic communication and a willingness to travel about 50% of the time, helping scale a high-impact, mission-driven business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing experience including internships, ideally in sales, business development, customer success, account management, consulting, or B2G/education tech.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partner relationships with school district leadership and operators; develop durable, trust-based relationships.
• Analyze transit performance data to identify challenges and provide actionable recommendations for routing, safety, and efficiency.
• Lead renewals and expansions by understanding evolving partner goals and negotiating contracts and expansions.
• Champion partner needs internally by coordinating with product, operations, deployment, and marketing teams.
