Job summary

Via is seeking a Partner Success Associate to join the Student Transit team across the United States. You will manage relationships with school districts and transportation directors, drive service expansions, and renewals while traveling up to 50% of the time.

You’ll work cross-functionally with product, operations, deployment, and marketing to deliver a superior partner experience and scalable playbooks for national growth. This is a quota-carrying, customer-first role at Via.

Qualifications

• Client-facing experience in sales, CS, or education tech.
• Analytical mindset; translate data into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partner relationships with school district leadership and operators.
• Analyze transit performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead contract renewals and service expansions with customers.
• Champion customer needs with product, ops, deployment, and marketing teams.
• Deliver presentations and updates to diverse audiences, from boards to staff.
• Help establish playbooks, metrics, and workflows for scaling Student Transit.
