Job summary

Via is transforming transportation globally and seeks a Partner Success Associate to support the Via Student Transit team in the United States. You will manage relationships with school districts and transportation leaders, analyze performance data, and drive service expansions and renewals while advocating for customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience in sales, business development, customer success, account management, consulting, or B2G/education tech.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear strategic narratives.
• Willingness to travel around 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partner relationships with school district leadership, transportation directors, and operators to understand priorities and challenges.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and long-term transit performance data to identify improvements in routing, safety, and efficiency.
• Lead renewals and expansions by negotiating contracts and growing year-over-year adoption and revenue.
• Champion partner needs internally by collaborating with product, operations, deployment, and marketing teams.
• Communicate clearly to diverse audiences, including school boards and frontline staff, adapting messaging as needed.
• Help establish playbooks, success metrics, and workflows to scale the Student Transit vertical nationally.
