Job summary

Via is seeking a Partner Success Associate on the Via Student Transit team to build trusted relationships with school districts, transportation directors, and operators across the U.S.

You will analyze daily and long-term transit performance data, identify improvements, and lead renewals and expansions while coordinating with product, operations, and marketing to deliver exceptional partner outcomes. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience in sales, business development, customer success, account management, consulting, or B2G/education tech.
• Analytical skills to extract insights from operational data and translate numbers into strategy.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership.
• Willing to travel around 50% to support launches and deployments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partner relationships with school district leadership and operators.
• Analyze transit performance data to recommend improvements for routing, safety, and efficiency.
• Lead renewals and expansions to grow year-over-year adoption and revenue.
• Champion partner needs internally with product, operations, deployment, and marketing teams.
• Deliver clear presentations to boards, directors, and frontline staff, adjusting for the audience.
• Help establish playbooks and metrics to scale the Student Transit program nationally.
