Job summary

Via is a mission-driven mobility company transforming student transportation and access to education. As a Partner Success Associate on the Via Student Transit team, you’ll be the face and voice for school districts and local government partners, blending relationship management with operational data analysis to drive performance and renewals in a fast-growing vertical.

You’ll travel about 50% of the time and collaborate across product, operations, deployment, and marketing to turn partner needs

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing experience in sales, customer success, account management, or related roles.
• Experience working with school districts, local governments, or public sector partners is a plus.
• Ability to translate data into clear strategic narratives and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partner relationships with school districts, transportation directors, and operators.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and long-term transit data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Lead contract renewals and service expansions with partner organizations.
• Champion partner needs internally and advocate for improvements with product, deployment, and marketing teams.
• Deliver clear, compelling updates to diverse audiences, from boards to frontline staff.
