Via is seeking a Partner Success Associate on the Student Transit team to help scale a fast-growing vertical. You will build trusted relationships with school district leadership, drive service performance, and support renewals and expansions across the United States.

This quota-carrying role requires travel up to 50% and a proactive, customer-first mindset. You’ll collaborate with product, operations, deployment, and marketing to translate needs into improvements and to ensure a consistently

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience.
• Ability to analyze operational data and translate into insights.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and work in fast-paced settings.
• Experience in education tech or B2G is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partner relationships with school district leadership and operators.
• Analyze daily/weekly transit performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead contract renewals and service expansions with customers.
• Champion partner needs with product, operations, deployment, and marketing teams.
• Deliver clear, compelling updates to diverse audiences from boards to frontline staff.
• Help establish playbooks, success metrics, and workflows for the Student Transit vertical.
