Job summary

Via Student Transit is seeking a Partner Success Associate to join our team on the ground floor of a fast-growing vertical. You will manage relationships with school districts, transportation directors, and operators while analyzing performance data to drive safer, more efficient routes and higher customer satisfaction.

You will negotiate renewals and expansions, advocate for partner needs across product and operations, and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partner relationships with school districts and transportation leaders.
• Drive service quality and efficiency by analyzing transit performance data.
• Lead renewals and expansions to grow adoption and revenue.
• Champion partner needs internally with product, operations, deployment, and marketing teams.
• Communicate clearly to diverse audiences, from boards to frontline staff.
• Build and scale playbooks for partner experiences as the program grows.
