Job summary

Via Transportation, Inc. is seeking a Partner Success Manager for the Via Student Transit team in Los Angeles.

You’ll be the face and voice of Via for school districts and local government partners, blending relationship management with data-driven analysis to drive program performance, renewals, and expansions. You’ll travel up to 50% of the time, build trust with superintendents and transportation directors, lead cross-functional collaboration, and translate complex operational models into

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing experience in sales, business development, customer success, account management, consulting, or B2G/education tech.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret operational data and translate into strategy.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership.
• Launch-ready with ability to coordinate across teams and represent Via externally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to diverse audiences.
• Mission-driven mindset focused on modernizing student transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build Trusted Partner Relationships with school districts and transportation leaders.
• Drive Service Quality & Efficiency by analyzing transit performance data and making actionable recommendations.
• Lead Renewals & Expansions through negotiating contracts and growing adoption and revenue.
• Champion Partner Needs Internally by partnering with product, operations, deployment, and marketing teams.
• Communicate Across All Levels with school boards, superintendents, and staff, tailoring messaging for each audience.
• Build and Scale Playbooks to establish best practices and workflows as the Student Transit vertical scales nationally.
